Polyurethanes have gained a substantial importance in modern seal technology. They hold a dominant market share in the sector of rod seals and piston seals. Our Polyurethane semi-finished products stand out due to their highest material quality. Unlike the thermoplastic processed products, the cast semi-finished products of Polyurethane have the greatest degree of freedom to develop their physical properties during polymerization. Any kind of negative influence during the polymerization process by heating up and plastic deformation is avoided with our technology. Besides the standard materials we also have materials with an optimized coefficient of friction, and materials for direct contact with foodstuffs. Our Polyurethane semi-finished products particularly stand out due to their high quality material and show a prolonged service life in many applications

Elastomers or rubber materials have an extremely wide range of thermal and chemical durability and are indispensable in seal technology. Elastomers, often referred to as rubber materials, are a reasonable completion of the product range. Although they got widely pushed out of many applications by the modern Polyurethanes, the elastomer products remain important in seal technology due to their wide spectrum of thermal and chemical resistance. We work with rubber compounds made by internationally highly recognized batch manufacturers. This, in conjunction with their modern processing technology, is the guarantee for well approved material compounds and an economical shaping. The resulting benefit for our customers is an excellent price-quality ratio, and also prompt availability of both standard and special dimensions and materials. All semi-finished products made of elastomer materials come in a hard shell, which makes them easy machinable in CNC lathes, despite the low hardness and high elasticity.

Thermoplastics have good mechanical strength and a very good dimensional stability for precision parts. High rigidity and strength result in minor deformation even at higher temperatures. Excellent wear resistance, turning properties and sliding properties, therefore the material is primarily suitable as a high-quality engineering plastic for sliding in the machinery and precision mechanics. Polyamide is a thermoplastic based on cast polyamide. Has excellent hardness and elasticity parameter. Therefore, it is often used in the manufacture of guide, back-up and support elements in the combined profiles of seals and rings, where the high degree of sliding is required. Considering the low performance in moisture resistance, POM is a semi-finished material, made of polyacetal, one of the most important and engineering thermoplastic with good physical characteristics, low water absorption and good chemical resistance.POM can be used in mineral oils, fire-resistant water based hydraulic fluids (HFA, HFB, HFC fluids). It is not resistant to acids and basis.POM has a high ability to maintain the size, resilience and low moisture absorption and very good characteristics in friction and sliding.POM can be used for production of anti-extrusion rings, guide rings, wipers and for rings that are produced on the machines with tight tolerances. POM is mainly use in cases where high hardness and low friction coefficient are required, for guide and back-up rings, applied at temperature not higher than +100°С. When using POM for a long period of time at high load (back-up rings, tensioning element) the temperature should be not higher than +80°С.
